The Certified Education
Network
The continuing education and peer network built exclusively for Certified Forensic Operators®. Earn the Certified EnviroDecon Operator® (CEO®) designation — the clinical-grade certification that positions your restoration business as a forensic partner, not a contractor.
The Certification That Turns Contractors Into Clinical Partners
The Certified Education Network (CEN) is the continuing education and peer network built exclusively for Certified Forensic Operators® — restoration contractors who want to build clinical-grade forensic restoration practices under the Microbial Warrior® International training system.
The Certified EnviroDecon Operator® (CEO®) designation is the CEN’s primary certification. It is the only forensic restoration credential that requires physician oversight — a Medical Director engagement that is simultaneously the program’s most powerful legal safeguard against franchise classification and its most powerful competitive differentiator.
No PuroClean competitor — Servpro, ServiceMaster, BioOne — requires or offers physician oversight of remediation. The CEO® designation gives certified operators something their corporate training programs cannot: a credential that positions them as clinical partners rather than contractors.

The CEN Operator Advantage
CEO® Designation
Earn the Certified EnviroDecon Operator® designation — the only forensic restoration credential requiring physician oversight and clinical documentation standards. Recognized in international scientific journals.
FIGSCDT/FIGACDT Technology
Access to proprietary fluorescence imaging and airborne contamination detection technology — not available to uncertified operators. Document contamination with precision that insurance adjusters cannot dispute.
Premium Pricing Authority
CEO® operators command 4× the billing rate of uncertified competitors on forensic restoration jobs. Biohazard gross margins run 65–80% vs. 40–55% for standard restoration. The certification pays for itself in the first job.
Physician Partnership Model
The CEO® certification includes a Medical Director engagement framework — the legal and operational structure for the physician partnership that is the CEN’s most powerful competitive differentiator and franchise-classification safeguard.
National CEN Directory
Listed in the national Certified Education Network operator directory — the referral network that routes forensic restoration jobs to certified operators. CIRS-treating physicians, insurance adjusters, and property managers use the directory.
Peer Network & Case Studies
Monthly case studies, advanced fentanyl and CIRS protocol updates, and a peer network of CEO® holders sharing field experience. The CEN is a continuing education community built for operators actively building forensic restoration practices.
Clinical Documentation Standards
Post-remediation verification reports formatted to clinical standards — suitable for physician co-signature, insurance submission, and legal proceedings. The documentation package that justifies premium pricing and protects you from liability.
Founding Member Advantage
Founding cohort operators receive the CEO® certification at $15,000 (vs. $25,000–$30,000 at full PLF launch), first-year membership renewal waived, and equipment lease at 50% of standard rate for 12 months. Limited to 5 founding operators.
4-Module Certification Program
12 hours of instruction plus supervised field practicums. Most operators complete certification in 6–8 weeks.
