Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services and technologies.

What is image-guided decontamination?

Image-guided decontamination is a process that uses advanced imaging technologies, such as fluorescence and thermal imaging, to precisely locate contamination on surfaces and in the air. This allows for targeted and more effective cleaning and disinfection, ensuring that efforts are focused where they are needed most, rather than relying on guesswork or blanket treatments.

How does fluorescence imaging detect contamination?

Our multispectral fluorescence imaging technology emits specific wavelengths of light that cause organic materials, such as bacteria, biofilms, and biological residues, to fluoresce (glow). Different substances fluoresce differently, and our AI-powered system analyzes these patterns to identify and map contamination in real-time, making the invisible visible.

Is the decontamination process safe for my facility and equipment?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We use EPA-registered, environmentally responsible decontamination agents and tailor our approach to be compatible with the surfaces and equipment in your facility. Our targeted application methods also minimize the use of chemicals compared to traditional fogging or broad spraying.

How long does the decontamination process take?

The duration of the process depends on the size of the area, the level of contamination, and the specific services required. We strive to minimize disruption and will provide a time estimate after an initial assessment. Our image-guided approach often speeds up the overall process by focusing efforts effectively.

What industries do you serve?

We serve a wide range of industries, including healthcare, food safety and processing, food service, hospitality, commercial facilities (offices, retail, schools), residential properties, transportation, pharmaceutical labs, and more. Our technologies are adaptable to diverse environments.
